Job Description :
- Design and implement employee development programs
- Identify training needs aligned with business objectives and KPI
- Build a learning culture through internal classes, sharing sessions, and leadership programs.
- Measure program effectiveness through HR metrics (engagement score, performance growth, retention rate).
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies.
- Initiate internal programs (townhalls, appreciation initiatives, culture campaigns).
- Act as a bridge between management and employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering). (seasonal)
- Ensure recruitment efficiency (cost-effective & optimized hiring lead time).
- Processing interview to get candidate with focus on cultural fit and competency alignment (seasonal)
- Develop and strengthen Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Collaborate with Marketing/Creative team for HR-related content (LinkedIn, Instagram, career page).
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- 1 years of experience in HR (preferably in development & engagement focus)
- Strong understanding of performance management and competency frameworks
- Proactive and self-driven
- Passionate about developing people (not just handling administration)
- High empathy and strong people orientation
- Able to bridge management and employees effectively
- Creative in designing engagement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willing for learning to growth
