Human Resources Director (HRD)

Position: Human Resources Director (HRD)
Location: Cipondoh, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.
1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify current and future talent needs and create plans to address them effectively.
2. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop strategies for attracting skilled professionals.
3. Performance Management: Establish performance management systems to monitor employee productivity, provide feedback, and support professional development. Implement fair and transparent performance appraisal processes.
4. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues promptly and effectively. Develop policies and procedures to maintain a harmonious workplace culture.
5. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Identify training needs, both individual and organizational, and coordinate appropriate learning opportunities.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with labor regulations. Regularly review and update compensation structures and benefit packages.
7. HR Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
8. HR Metrics and Reporting: Establish key HR metrics to track and analyze workforce trends. Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to achieve their goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar leadership role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
