JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Recruitment end to end process
- Attendence, Leave and payroll process all employees
- BPJS both Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan all employees
- Monitoring internal auditor job
- Mapping, budgeting and planing manpower both office, warehouse and operational
- Budgeting and controlling transport and travel both office and operational
- Cost Controll both HR team and Labor Cost
QUALIFICATION :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in Food & Beverage Company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Placement in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
