Deskripsi pekerjaan HRD Generalist Sekolah Lentera Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage BPJS Health and Employment administration (registration, updates, claims, etc.)
• Prepare, review, and maintain employee contracts
• Handle expatriate employment documentation (KITAS, RPTKA, EPO, etc.)
• Coordinate housing and accommodation arrangements for expatriate staff
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview coordination, initial onboarding)
• Assist in drafting and preparing employment agreements and HR-related documents
• Support industrial relations matters, including employee relations, compliance, and internal policies
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
• Maintain accurate and organized HR records and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties (agencies, vendors, authorities)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
• Strong understanding of BPJS and Indonesian labor administration
• Experience handling expatriate employment matters is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with HRIS – TALENTA Application, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Christian/Catholic and willing to uphold the institution’s values
• Contract Duration 6 Months (July – December 2026)
