• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Have knowledge about Labor Law
• Can manage EDABU (BPJS Kesehatan) & SIPP (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
• Understand the applicable employment system
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, disciplined, responsible
• Make employee compensation payments (Salary, Allowances, Pph21)
• Managing Edabu (BPJS Kesehatan) and SIPP (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
• Manage personnel processes (Employment Contracts, Permit Letters, Warning Letters, Promotion/Mutation Letters, etc.)
• Regularly update employee reports (latest data, leave, evaluation assessments)
• Creating good relations between employees
• Submit utility payments (rent room, rent car, employee parking member, etc.)
• Pay attention to assets and other work tools for employees
• Procurement of office needs
• Manage licensing and renewal of Company legality
• Coordinate with external parties (Legal Consultant & all vendor)
• Assist the director's administrative needs
• Support recruitment process for prospective employees
• Provide an orientation period for New Employees
• Compile and monitor employee evaluations through KPI
• Plan HR according to the Company's needs and coordinate with the relevant Division Heads
• Monitor the development of employee potential and skills
