Job Description:
HRD Admin Executive
The Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and 1 year experienced HRD Admin Executive (ideally with digital agency background) to work with us.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about HRD, a people person, self starter, eager to learn & proactive. You would be reporting directly to HRD Manager and coordinate cross Departments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for certain employee level (Interns & Executive level)
- Maintain & update BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan data and billing process
- Preparing job descriptions, job postings, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, offerings
- Calculate attendance and run payroll every months (BPJS, PPh21)
- Carry out performance evaluation every 6 months (mid review) and end of year for final review
- Manage employee engagement programs
- Assist in running other ad hoc HRD tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology/ HR Management reputable university,
- Fluent in English : both verbal and written will be a plus point.
- Has 1 year experience in HRD generalist or at least has HR internship experience
- Understanding end-to-end processess in Human Resources
- Advance excel user and familiar in using excel formulas
- Good Communication Skills
- Multi-Tasker, a quick learner and implementer.
- On-the feet thinking and not just robotic process implementer.
- Preferably those who can join as soon as possible
Ideal Candidate:
- Understand & passionate upon HRD matters
- A very trustworthy person & logical
- Has worked as HRD Admin or has HR internship experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
