Job Description :
- Sourcing and selecting candidates for both Head Office and branch offices needs (outside of headquarter).
- Interview candidates according to the required qualifications.
- Coordinate with Hiring Manager regarding the advanced selection stage.
- Negotiating salaries for candidates who have passed all the selection stages.
- Performing administrative processes for new employees such as signing PKWT / PKWTT.
- Update weekly & monthly Recruitment reports.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree of Psychology, human resources management, or law
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist (preferably from e-commerce/FMCG/Distributor company)
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency would be a plus point)
- Accustomed to conducting employee recruitment processes for all levels of position (Staff - Managerial).
- Mastering competency-based Interview Techniques / BEI.
- Preferably those who understand the basics of the Manpower Act (Cipta Kerja).
- Willing to travel domestically for work purposes
- Willing to be placed in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat
