Job Description:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, data, etc) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRBP roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient to use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
