We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented HRBP Intern to support project handling, client coordination, HR administration, payroll data processing, and reporting activities.
Job Description:
Project & Client handling
- Performing research to gather information relevant to the project or client needs
- Communicating with supervisor to provide information about progress made on client projects
- Managing HR data, payroll, and employee database and analyzing to make routine client report
- Data input for client payroll
- Developing reports and presentation for potential client & existing client
- Responsible for handling HRBP general administration.
- Correspondence with client via email & WA group
- Prepare agreement between company and new client
- Developing new methods to analyze data or improve existing methods used by other Companies
General Administrative
- Responsible in handling logistics for internal and client meeting
- Other company related support needs
Requirements:
- Final year student or fresh graduate from related major
- Interested in Human Resources and client handling
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient in Google Workspace
