Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective and purposeful training programs and methods based on organizational needs.
- dentify and assess training needs through job analysis, performance evaluation, and competency gaps.
- Develop training curriculum, materials, and modules aligned with the organization's goals and employee development needs.
- Conduct individual and group training programs, including onboarding and employee development programs.
- Responsible for the overall Training & Development (T&D) process, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with related departments and support training implementation across stores/outlets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Education, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or HR Development.
- Experience in Retail or High-End Services, with a proven ability to develop training programs, curricula, materials, and training modules.
- Good communication, presentation, facilitation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to plan, manage time, and multitask effectively.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to identify employee development and training needs.
