JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Training & Development Officer who is passionate about developing employee competencies and has a good understanding of employment laws and regulations. This position will be responsible for designing and managing training programs, supporting employee development, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and handling legal administration and industrial relations to support the achievement of the company’s objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, manage, and evaluate employee Training & Development programs.
- Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business requirements.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, learning modules, and training evaluations.
- Support employee onboarding and competency development programs.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare, review, and manage company legal and HR documents, including PKWT, PKWTT, Warning Letters (SP), SOPs, and other related documents.
- Handle industrial relations matters and provide consultation regarding HR policies.
- Coordinate with relevant government institutions, such as the Manpower Office (Disnaker), BPJS, and other external parties when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Training & Development.
- Good understanding of Industrial Relations and employment laws and regulations.
- Experienced in designing and implementing employee training programs.
- Able to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Able to prepare and manage HR and company legal documents.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
