Job description for HR Trainee/ Intern at Recruit Express Pte Ltd
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
- Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Surface candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work with employment agencies and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
- Pre-screen resumes and evaluate effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
- Document candidate evaluation and interview process.
- Conduct a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Organize on-board arrangements, conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews for leavers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Arts & Social Sicences from a recognized University
