HR Talent Acquisition & Assessment

Are you passionate about talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and identifying the right talent for the right role?
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist & Assessment to join our team and support our recruitment and talent evaluation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, competencies, and suitability for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and selection criteria.
- Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and recruitment KPIs.
- Coordinate and administer candidate assessment processes in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and support the evaluation of candidates’ capabilities and potential.
- Analyze assessment results and integrate relevant findings into structured candidate evaluation reports.
- Prepare assessment summaries and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure the confidentiality of candidate information.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure assessment processes run effectively and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Assessment, or a related HR function.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and competency-based interviewing.
- Familiarity with psychological assessment administration, scoring, interpretation, or assessment reporting is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies and assessment schedules.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional judgment when handling candidate information.
- Experience recruiting for retail, fashion, lifestyle, or commercial positions is a plus.
