Job Description:
- Handle recruitment processes: screening, selection, and interviews (office & store)
- Manage HR administration: employee data, attendance, leave, HR documents
- Support onboarding & training for new hires
- Collaborate with HRGA Senior/SPV to ensure smooth HR operations
- Assist in general HR activities including employee relations and basic HR reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management
- 1+ year experience in HR, preferably in F&B, outsourcing, or retail
- Familiar handling operational positions in F&B/retail
- Familiar with HRIS (Talenta or similar)
- Mobile and flexible for store visits
- Proactive, independent, fast learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
