About the role
As an experienced HR Supervisor at Equinox, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities within the company's Makassar office. This is a full-time position located in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing strategic HR guidance and support to operational teams
2. Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of employees
3. Implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and best practices
4. Managing employee relations and addressing any workplace issues or concerns
5. Monitoring and reporting on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proficient in utilizing HR information systems and data analysis to inform decision-making
- Proven track record of managing employee relations and driving positive employee engagement
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
