Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Supervise HR administration, employee database, attendance, leave, and employment contracts.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
- Monitor employee performance evaluation and development programs.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead and develop the HR team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail industries is a plus.
