Job Description
As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing human resource functions across head office and branch operations to ensure smooth, consistent, and effective people management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office and branch employees to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with business needs and branch expansion plans.
- Support division managers and branch heads in people management and employee issue resolution.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly using appropriate systems.
- Ensure all HR administration, including BPJS Health and Employment, is accurate, well-organized, and completed on time.
- Maintain structured HR data and reports to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or equivalent role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Experienced in working with HR data and reports for management decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
