Requirements:
- Female.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and people development.
- Payroll experience is a must.
- Experience using HRIS Talenta is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
