HR Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

1. Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
2. Oversee the full recruitment and selection cycle.
3. Act as a liaison between management and employees to enhance workplace relationships and boost productivity.
4. Address current and future organizational needs by fostering the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human resources.
5. Supervise and manage a performance evaluation system that encourages high levels of performance.
6. Plan and manage all aspects of employee benefits, including payroll, salary structure, and other benefits.
7. Evaluate training needs and implement and monitor relevant training programs.
8. Provide management with reports and decision-making support using HR metrics.
9. Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all areas of human resources management.
10. Develop and manage the HR and GA budgets.
11. Manage expatriate staff and oversee related procedures.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
2. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
3. Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
4. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor regulations, and industry best practices.
5. Experience in handling payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.
6. Proven ability to manage expatriate relations.
7. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
