Job Descriptions:
- Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment and selection cycle.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to enhance workplace relationships and boost productivity.
- Address current and future organizational needs by fostering the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human resources.
- Supervise and manage a performance evaluation system that encourages high levels of performance.
- Plan and manage all aspects of employee benefits, including payroll, salary structure, and other benefits.
- Evaluate training needs and implement and monitor relevant training programs.
- Provide management with reports and decision-making support using HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all areas of human resources management.
- Develop and manage the HR and GA budgets.
- Manage expatriate staff and oversee related procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience in handling payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.
- Proven ability to manage expatriate relations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
