JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. People Operations & HR Administration
- Supervise daily HR operations including employee data, attendance, overtime, leave, HRIS, personnel administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure HR administration is accurate, timely, properly documented, and compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.
2. Performance Management
- Coordinate the implementation of the company's performance management process, including KPI setting, performance evaluation, and performance review cycles.
- Monitor completion and quality of performance evaluations and prepare performance-related reports and follow-up actions.
3. Social Compliance, Audit & CAPA
- Coordinate and support social compliance audits conducted by customers, third parties, and internal auditors, including preparation of required HR documents and evidence.
- Monitor audit findings, coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) with relevant departments, and follow up on corrective actions until completion.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of audit findings, CAPA status, and compliance activities.
4. Learning & Development
- Coordinate training needs identification, annual training plans, training schedules, and learning activities based on business and employee development needs.
- Monitor training participation, completion, evaluation, and effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
5. Organizational Development & Employee Engagement
- Support organizational development initiatives such as organization structure, competency mapping, job descriptions, career development, employee engagement, and organizational improvement programs.
- Collect and analyze employee and organizational data to identify areas for improvement and support people-related initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, with demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, and/or Organizational Development, experienced in a manufacturing is mandatory.
- Experienced in social compliance audits and CAPA, including audit preparation, document/evidence management, responding to findings, corrective action follow-up, and maintaining compliance records.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in performance management, KPI/competency systems, training programs, employee development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Experienced in HRIS and proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting/data analysis.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work with employees and managers across different functions.
