Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to lead the expansion of our Jakarta team from the current 20–30 members to a target of 100. You will be responsible for full-cycle HR management, including recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development, with a focus on scaling our TikTok e-commerce operations in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire key roles such as Live Streaming Manager, KOL Supervisor, Content Operations Lead, TikTok Manager, and other e-commerce positions.
- Oversee end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company culture.
- Support office setup and expansion in Jakarta, including team structuring and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
Must-have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
2. 5–8 years of experience in full-cycle HR management (recruitment, compensation, HR operations).
3. E-commerce industry background with proven experience hiring for TikTok, Shopee, or similar platforms (roles such as live stream leads, KOL managers, content operations, etc.).
4. At least 1–2 work experiences in Chinese enterprises.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience leading HR and administrative teams.
2. Previous experience as an HRBP or in a recruitment agency is a plus.
