Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Supervisor (Vendor Management Associate) PT. Bambu Cemerlang Ekspres
Vendor Management Associate is responsible for managing the end-toend process of contract employee needs for FFM teams. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, administrative tasks, compensation and benefits, employee database maintenance, and offboarding processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the fulfillment and quality of the workforce throughout Indonesia in accordance with the needs of the company and also monitor and control operations to comply with applicable labor regulations.
- Develop workforce salary mapping and ensure its implementation to optimize the workforce management part of maintaining cost efficiency.
- Support and participate in the development process of every project involving workforce to adjust of any business changes in the company.
- Responsible for internal and external social audits related to employment and labor costs.
- Monitor and maintain vendor performance to stay in line with predetermined KPIs.
- Maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders from both internal and external parties.
- Lead and develop the team to achieve KPI & OKR in each financial year that has been determined by the company.
- Responsible for managing contract employee needs across multiple functions in the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields with minimum 4 years experience at the same function.
- Proficient in English
- Having HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) are preffered
- Prior experience in a supervisory position.
- Having exposure working with HR Administration of blue collar and white collar employees
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of HR best practices
- Ability to communicate with departmental heads, managers, stakeholders, and business partners
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing big group of people, with managerial levels
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
