About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Japanese Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for HR Supervisor.
Job Reponsibilities:
- Manage Industrial Relations, HR Legal, and employee disciplinary matters in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Manage Compensation & Benefits, including payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, salary structure, and employee benefits
- Manage and optimize HRIS and HR data, including employee records and HR analytics
- Supervise, coach, and develop HR team members to ensure effective HR operations
- Support management in HR policy development, workforce planning, and process improvement
- Maintain good relationships with employees, labor unions, government authorities, and other stakeholders
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, HR Management, Psychology, or related field from a reputable university
- High-conversational level of English
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience with 1-2 years in Supervisory role with strong exposure to Industrial Relations, HR Legal, and Compensation & Benefits
- Good knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and the full HR cycle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with HRIS and has HR BNSP certifcate is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Adaptive and able to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at various organizational levels
