Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Ensure HRIS data integrity across employee records, attendance, shifts, and overtime.
- Coordinate with Production and Finance to validate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and support timely salary payments.
- Deliver payroll and workforce reports to support cost monitoring and management decisions.
- Supervise HR administration, address employee payroll inquiries, and strengthen process efficiency and data confidentiality.
Requirement
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field a related major
- Minimum 5 years of payroll and HRIS experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Familiar with shift-based payroll, attendance, and overtime calculations.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
- Honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality.
- Willing to work and reside in Cikarang.
