Our client in the marina industry is looking for HR Supervisor position for placement in Bali.
HR Supervisor (Bali)
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, property, or service industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or other relevant disciplines.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven experience handling HR operational functions.
• Familiarity with the Balinese manpower landscape, local labor practices, and government administrative processes will be an advantage.
• Experience supporting blue-collar workforce operations, including shift-based and fast-paced work environments.
• Exposure to General Affairs functions, including office facilities, asset control, vendor coordination, transportation, and accommodation support, to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and HR reporting documentation.
• Bali-based candidates or local Bali candidates are strongly preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to attend the entire recruitment process offline in Bali, as all recruitment stages will be conducted in Bali.
Job Description:
• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offering, and onboarding.
• Supervise daily HR operational activities, including attendance management, employee administration, personnel documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and HR data accuracy.
• Ensure employee records, HR reports, and administrative documentation are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate General Affairs activities, including office facility management, asset control, vendor management, transportation, accommodation, and office operational support.
• Support employee relations by assisting in disciplinary matters, employee engagement activities, and resolving day-to-day HR issues.
• Coordinate workforce administration for blue-collar and shift-based employees to ensure smooth operational support.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and provide recommendations to support management decision-making.
