- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring of new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in the implementation of employee training and development programs
- Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Contribute to the enhancement of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
