HR Staff

PT Mitra Natura Raya is a national company operating in the ecotourism and hospitality sector, with a focus on managing Kebun Raya Bogor, Kebun Raya Purwodadi, Kebun Raya Cibodas dan Kebun Raya Bali Bedugul. Our main mission is to connect people with nature through sustainable tourism, cultural experiences, and community- and education-based hospitality programs.

We are currently seeking experienced and highly dedicated professionals to join our team as HR Staff – Kebun Raya, with placement available across all Kebun Raya units.

As a growing company, we are looking for an experienced professional for the HR Staff position who will play an important role in building and managing an effective human resource management system. In this role, you will contribute directly to creating a productive work environment, supporting employee development, and ensuring the implementation of company policies and culture in alignment with our long-term vision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Human Resources (HR).
• Strong knowledge of labor law and general HR policies.
• Good understanding of recruitment & selection processes, organizational development, and familiar with HRIS or HR administrative systems, as well as proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for employee data management.
• Ability to design and implement employee training and development programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a firm and honest personality.
• Ability to build and maintain effective industrial relations with employees and management, along with strong time management skills.
• Experience in performance management systems (employee performance evaluation, KPI, and appraisal).
• Strong understanding of employee engagement and employee relations to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Proactive, initiative-driven, and possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to be assigned to other Kebun Raya units as required.
