WE ARE HIRING – HR STAFF
Location: Canggu, Bali
Industry: F&B
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff to join our team and support daily HR operations in a dynamic F&B environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily HR administration, employee records, and documentation.
• Support the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel data.
• Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting.
• Support employee relations and address day-to-day HR matters.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations.
• Coordinate employee activities, training, and internal HR programs.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes are properly maintained and updated.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR are welcome to apply, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
• Good understanding of basic HR administration and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to be placed in Canggu, Bali.
