As a HR Staff, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management, including HR administration, recruitment, employee training, and development. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that HR processes run efficiently and align with the company’s needs.
Your main responsibilities will include managing employee data, supporting payroll processing, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with employee development programs. In addition, you will coordinate administrative activities and internal communication to support a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
- Manage employee administration, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Support payroll and employee benefits administration, including attendance data, overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related information.
- Manage employee benefits and statutory administration, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Support the administration of PPh 21 and other employee-related tax documentation.
- Assist in handling employee relations and industrial relations matters, including employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and company policies.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are properly implemented and communicated to employees.
- Maintain and update employee data through HRIS and other HR systems.
- Prepare regular HR reports, HR dashboards, and workforce-related reports for management.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and people development activities.
- Assist in developing and improving HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to address employee and HR-related matters.
- Ensure HR activities comply with applicable labor regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, HR Officer, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of HR Generalist and HR Operations processes.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, and employee benefits administration.
- Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta. Mandiri Inhealth.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
