1. Min. 2 years experience in HR
2. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
3. Familiar with BPJS, payroll basics, and Indonesian labor law
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
5. Trustworthy, empathetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Collect and input attendance data for payroll calculation for OS employee
2. Track leaves, sick days, and overtime for OS employee
3. Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company regulations
