Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report to Manager of Humam Resource.
- Post job vacancies through various recruitment channels and screen candidate applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes with Manager Humam Resource.
- Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate new employee orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related document.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other workforce records.
- Verify and prepare payroll-related data, including attendance, leave, overtime, and employee information.
- Administer employee benefits and HR programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters.
- Assist in performance appraisal administration.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field form reputable universities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and labor regulations.
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English is an advantage.
