Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an advantage.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent managerial role.
- Total experience in Human Resources of at least 8–10 years.
- Proven experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and learning & development.
Leadership & Managerial Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in managing HR teams.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure.
Language Requirement
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Experience in a relevant industry sector is a plus.
