Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, (Experience in Fashion Industry will be a plus).
- Work with HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and plan manpower.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality, especially in sales and livestream skills.
- Manage the recruitment process: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Track recruitment progress and share regular updates with management.
- Stay updated on talent trends in fashion, livestreaming, and e-commerce.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- English required, Mandarin is a plus.
- Previous company in Fashion/ Retail/Livestreaming business will be a plus
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or retail environment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
-Good understanding of HR systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
- Strong communication and people skills & Able to work fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
