Job Description:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process with psychological test
- Handles offering, employee onboarding, and contract signing
- Conduct employee performance evaluation and counseling
- Assist the HR team with ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law
- Preferably candidate with 1-3 years of experience in a Logistic Company
- Familiar with psychological assessment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
- Willing to comply with 100% WFO policy and able to work less supervision (highly initiative)
- Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
