HR Recruitment

Job Description:

1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process with psychological test
2. Handles offering, employee onboarding, and contract signing
3. Conduct employee performance evaluation and counseling
4. Assist the HR team with ad-hoc duties
   

Requirements:

1. Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law
2. Preferably candidate with 1-3 years of experience in a Logistic Company
3. Familiar with psychological assessment
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
5. Willing to comply with 100% WFO policy and able to work less supervision (highly initiative)
6. Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
