Job Description:
1. Responsible for the recruitment process, including candidate search, interviews, and selection.
2. Organizing onboarding and training for new employees.
3. Managing employee development programs, including training and engagement initiatives.
4. Manage the offboarding process, including asset return and documentation.
5. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to onboarding.
6. Being accountable for all tasks and generating regular reports on attendance and other activities for performance assessment and future decision-making
Requirement:
1. Must possess excellent interview skills
2. Minimum 1 year experience as staff recruiter
3. Minimum education S1 in Psychology / Human Resource Management
4. Proficient in operating computers & microsoft is a must
