PT Cendana Indopearls is a Pearl farming company who is a global leader in eco-pearling, producing beautiful and desirable silver and white South Sea pearls. PT Cendana Indopearls has seven farms throughout some of the most remote areas of Indonesia together with leading breeding and hatchery facilities. Over 4 years, from hatchery to harvest, more than 3,000 hands are involved in the journey of each South Sea pearl.
We are looking for a HR Recruitment Supervisor to join our team and help us to continue to grow our company with the best candidates for each role and ensure the best onboarding experience for our new candidates.
The person who fills this role will be based in our Sanur office. As the HR Recruitment Supervisor, you would complete the recruitment process, assist with workforce planning, deliver onboarding to all new starters, preparing job descriptions and initial KPI’s as required with relevant heads of departments, issue contracts and ensuring data is inputted to HRIS as well as assist the HR Manager in other areas of HR as required.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- Must possess S1 or HRCI
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a recruitment officer or minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Can work with targets under pressure and use initiative
- Experience working in the Head Hunter sector is a plus
- Good negotiation skills
- Familiar with HR laws and regulations
- Willing to travel (occasional)
- Fluent in English
- Can work independently and as a team
