Key Responsibilities:
• Administer psychological assessments, conduct scoring, and provide initial interpretation of psychometric test results.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, especially mass hiring needs
• Conduct interview scheduling and support onboarding processes
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates based on company manpower requirements
• Ensure hiring targets are achieved within the required timeline
• Manage candidate databases and recruitment administration
• Assist in HR administrative tasks; attendance, employee records, reports etc
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or mass hiring is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Able to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
• Able to drive a car and have an active SIM A is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Not currently serving a 1-month notice period
