Job Description:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding
Cooperate with Division Head to understand hiring requirement and staffing needs
Conduct assessment and interview, utilize diverse sourcing platform
Maintain candidates and employee database
Report and documenting candidates profile

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00)

Have an experience in handling recruitment is preferable

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill

Detail oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment

Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
