🚀 Urgently Hiring: HR Recruitment Staff
📍 Location: Batununggal, Bandung (onsite)
Duluin Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Staff to join our growing team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and enjoy connecting people with the right opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Post job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms (website, linkedin, glints, jobstreet)
- Identify and attract potential candidates through different sourcing channels
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview schedules with users / BOD
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Collaborate with creatuve team for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Partnerships with educational institutions, job fair event etc
- Create Man Power Planning & Daily Report hiring to BOD
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with experience in recruitment are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
- Familiar with job portals (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Plus if you have experience in Mass Hiring
