Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct candidate screening and shortlisting based on position requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers or department heads.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requests, candidate sourcing, selection, and issuance of offer letters.
- Ensure recruitment costs remain within budget and do not exceed 5% of the approved recruitment budget.
- Plan and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all administrative requirements and new hire readiness are completed within three (3) days before or after the employee's first working day, in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor the Quality of Hire, with a target of at least 85% of new hires successfully completing their training or probation period.
- Accurately and promptly enter and update candidate and new employee data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Manage all HR administrative documentation and correspondence related to recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure candidates' qualifications, experience, competencies, and cultural fit align with organizational needs.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly recruitment reports on time, including key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
