Position: HR Recruitment Staff

Job Summary:

As an HR Recruitment Staff, you will play a vital role in attracting, assessing, and selecting top talents to support the company’s growth. You will manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to offering — and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding).
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct psychological tests and interpret assessment results using standardized tools.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to identify manpower needs.
  • Build a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience.
  • Support HR projects related to talent acquisition and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing industry is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in using and interpreting psychological test tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Wartegg, Kraepelin, or others).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
