We are seeking a HR Recruitment Staff to join our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in recruitment process within the company. Based in our Jakarta (Cengkareng) office, you will be responsible for ensuring that workforce needs are met.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with other HR Staff to post job vacancies on recruitment platform or social media.
- Source through online databases and professional networks to find active and passive job seekers.
- Review incoming resumes and do interviews
- Manage the next steps of interview, help set salary offers, and run background checks.
- Help new hires complete paperwork and start their orientation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding process within company.
What we're looking for:
- Strong interest in HR recruitment field.
- Min 1 year of experience of talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Understand basic local and national employment rules.
- Fluency in English
