Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment databases, and regular hiring reports.
- Support onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Assist with broader HR functions, including HR operations, employee administration, HRIS, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR projects as needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support broader HR functions beyond recruitment.
- Immediate availability / can join as soon as possible.
