Deskripsi pekerjaan HR Recruitment Specialist Rupiah Cepat
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with user to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Bachelor's degree of Psychology, Management or similar;
- Fluent in English both oral and written (Mandarin will be an advantaged)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Talent Aqusition in fintech/e-commerce/digital platform or corporate banking strongly preferred;
- Preferable that have experience focusing on headhunter and talent acqusition
- Have professional integrity and good personality
- Attention to detail and good judgement
