Job Description:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. (Manage and publish job vacancies)
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on the required qualifications.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding the recruitment process and interview schedules.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support daily interview targets.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records accurately.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) or Microsoft Office.
