About This Role
As an HR Recruiter, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both teaching and management staff. Beyond hiring, you will be responsible for maintaining HR administration, tracking employee performance, and fostering a positive work culture. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our HR operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Conduct end-to-end recruitment (candidate search, screening potential candidates, interviews, and psychometric testing) within set deadlines.
🔹 Input test results into HR software, create reports, and follow up with the HR team.
🔹 Extending job offers to selected candidates, including salary and benefits negotiation.
🔹 Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
🔹 Monitor and review employee performance to ensure high standards.
🔹 Ensure smooth implementation of HR administration and adherence to company SOPs.
🔹 Communicate effectively with the HR team regarding any emerging issues.
🔹 Organize team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
🔹 Maintain daily HR task reports to ensure operational efficiency.
