We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team in Bali. (Full Time – Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer management
Source candidates through job platforms, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, requirements, and expectations
Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements and company standards
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Maintain and develop a strong candidate database and talent pool
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in Recruitment or HR is a plus
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or recruitment environment
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes independently
Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously
