Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the job portal and its daily activities.
- Support job posting activities across the job portal and social media channels.
- Help monitor platform activity and implement initiatives to increase user engagement.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners.
- Support recruitment and career engagement activities to increase community awareness.
- Assist talents throughout the recruitment process and support placement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support placement, user growth, partnership, and learning targets.
