HR (Mandarin Recruiter) & Employer Branding Specialist
📍 Location: West Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct headhunting and sourcing activities to identify qualified candidates based on company requirements.
- Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Publish and promote job vacancies across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging and creative recruitment and employer branding content.
- Be an on-camera talent for recruitment videos and live recruitment sessions when needed.
- Develop recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and hiring effectiveness.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any relevant field.
- Experience in recruiting Mandarin-speaking candidates is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR; experience in a headhunting or recruitment agency is a plus.
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in front of the camera.
- Good command of English.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet recruitment targets.
- Creative, proactive, and familiar with social media trends.
Compensation
💰 Salary: IDR 5,000,000 – 6,500,000 + BONUS
Benefit: BPJS, THR
