About the Role
We are looking for an HR People Operations & Program Support professional to support HR operations and people program initiatives across multiple business units (retail & service).
This role combines HR Generalist responsibilities with recruitment, psychological assessment, program coordination, and business support. You will work closely with business leaders, psychologists, trainers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations while supporting organizational and individual development initiatives.
This position is ideal for Psychology graduates who are interested in both Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology, and who are looking to gain practical experience across different industries and business environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR People Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
- Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, probation, employee movement, and offboarding processes.
- Support HR reporting, SOP development, and other HR operational initiatives.
2. Recruitment & Assessment
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Support psychological assessments, interviews, observations, and assessment documentation.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports.
3. People Program Support
- Coordinate training, assessment, coaching, counseling, and organizational development programs.
- Prepare program materials, participant administration, documentation, and evaluation reports.
- Support the implementation of both online and offline programs.
4. Business & Project Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentation materials, quotations, and project documentation.
- Support project coordination, client communication, and administrative activities.
- Assist in developing educational content and program materials when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Graduates of the Professional Psychologist Program (Psikolog Umum) are preferred.
- Strong interest in both Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology.
- Experience or exposure in HR Generalist, Recruitment, Psychological Assessment, Counseling, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development is an advantage.
- Interest in mindfulness, integrative psychological approaches, and holistic human development is preferred.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work across different business units.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, presentation tools, and project management tools.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
